Q: How do I resign form CalPolySingles.com?
A: It’s as easy to resign as it is to subscribe. Just
login to the system and click on My Account on the top menu bar. At the bottom of the My Account page click on the button that
says Close My Account.
Q: Does billing stop as soon as I resign?
A: Billing will be stopped 30 days after we receive your e-mail
asking to resign.
Q: What should I do if I want to log back in?
A: If you decide that you want to sign back in, you can do so
with your same user name and password. You will have the same
access as you had when you were a registered member, but you
will not be able to send messages to other users unless you
re-subscribe. Accounts that are inactive for more than 60 days
are removed from the system permanently.
Q: How easy is it for me to reinstate my membership?
A: Very easy. Just log back in to your original account and
when you attempt to send email or access your mailbox you will be prompted with a payment form. Once the payment process is complete,
